The content does not need to have a minimum number of engagements before it shows up on the content dashboard. As long as the reader has engaged with your content (opened an article, attended a webinar, etc.) it will be presented in Templeton.
Is the data presented in real-time?
Data presented in Templeton reflects engagements with your content within 24 hours of their occurrence.
Why can I be confident in the validity of the data presented?
Our subscriber lists are scrubbed every six months to ensure the readers are active and valid.
How can I tell who has an active Templeton account with my organization?
There are plans to add administrative roles in a future release, but for now, please contact your relationship manager to learn who has an active account.
Who should have access to Templeton?
Anyone on your team who should see how your organization's content is doing through visual overviews, or who would need to dive deeper into the data to understand specifically who is engaging.
Why does it appear that I'm not seeing all the data?
If you think you aren't seeing the data you should be, first, check your default filters (often a set-it-and-forget-it issue), then ensure the dashboard filters are set appropriately.
