How do I view data from a specific company?

Through the Engagements Search screen, find the reader company you want to research and click the link to open the Reader Company Dashboard. Alternatively, you can adjust the filters directly in the Reader Company Dashboard to search for a specific company or reader organization.

How is a reader company different from a reader org?

In a database, a company field can have many variations, i.e., ABC Company, ABC Co., ABC, Inc., etc. The reader company field in Templeton allows a search for all the ways a company name may have been entered into the system. Reader Orgs allow you to easily see an aggregate view of prospects allowing for different email domains, company name spellings, and recent acquisitions. They are also appended with various industry-specific data to help you find prospects by details like molecule type, therapeutic area, and more.

Can I search by company?

You can search for specific companies in the filter section on any dashboard or search screen. There are two options for searching by company name - reader company, and reader org. See this FAQ for more information on the differences between them.

Can I search by job title?

You can search for specific job titles in the filter section on any dashboard or search screen. We suggest keeping searches broad to ensure maximum results. For example, if you're looking for senior titles, add them all (director, VP, manager, etc.) and switch the Operation to "contains."

Where can I find the newest leads for my content?

The best way to view the latest engagement data is to filter by a specified time period within the Reader Company dashboard or in Engagement Search.
